Tory’s Landing on Sparrow is a community of 18 shared ownership cottages. There are 2 different models and each model will accommodate up to 8 people. Every once in a while, owners will contact us to promote and manage the rental of some of their weeks. At high season, these weeks easily rent for $2000.
I now have the week of June 12th – 19th as well as September 25th – October 2nd available at one of the pet free “Westwind” models for an incredible weekly rate of just $995.

Wow, with only a few days into the New Year, I’ve been fielding several requests for rentals this coming summer. The cottage on Lake St. George is now ready to be booked again; all of the owners paperwork and its availablity are “good to go” .
Even though the weekly rental rate is up $100 for 2015, the owner has put in High Speed Internet service !!!!
